Hongyan (Grace) Yang, MD, PhD, is a board-certified internal medicine and pediatrics physician. As an internal medicine and pediatrics physician, she takes pleasure in caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Dr. Yang enjoys preventive care, health education, diagnosis/treatment of acute illnesses and chronic diseases. Her clinical interests include child development, women’s health and metabolic syndrome. She also has additional training in neuroscience.

"My goal is to provide high quality comprehensive, coordinated, patient-centered care. I want to be an advocate for my patients and their first contact when they have health concerns. I believe that by looking beyond the medical issues, seeing patients as a whole, and listening to their experience, knowledge, needs and preferences, primary care physicians can better serve our patients and help them and their families make informed decisions about their health."
