If you have an urgent medical problem and need assistance when the office is closed, please call the office and your call will be directed to the IHA Call Center. The call center staff will assist you and contact the physician on-call to address your concerns.
We encourage you to sign up for the IHA Patient Portal, which offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. Learn more or sign up here.
IHA Milan Family & Internal Medicine has been designated a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.
Along with our regular hours, we offer extended early and late hours several days a week.
